We are an investment company operating in the real estate market. Our primary focus is acquiring properties on our own account and subsequently preparing them for property development investments.

What types of investments do you have in land?

In our offer, we have land for the construction of both residential, recreational, and commercial investments.

In particular, we have land for the construction of single-family housing estates, multi-family buildings (apartments), and commercial-industrial facilities.

Do you have real estate offers nationwide?

Yes, we have offers nationwide. However, our main focus is on the Lesser Poland region (including the city of Krakow and the surrounding areas), and the Podhale region (including the cities of Zakopane and Białka Tatrzańska).

Do you have any other properties not yet featured in the offer?

Yes, we have other areas not yet featured in the offer. This is typically due to the ongoing processes of obtaining the necessary permits and approvals for them.
